INFORKOM Azure Managed Service Offer (Azure Lighthouse) INFORKOM provides managed Azure operations and security services using Azure Lighthouse, enabling secure, delegated resource management without requiring guest accounts in the customer tenant. This offer is designed for organizations that want INFORKOM to monitor, manage, and support their Azure environment while retaining full ownership and control over their subscriptions. What this offer delivers Secure delegated access to Azure subscriptions or resource groups via Azure Lighthouse Centralized monitoring, incident response, and operational support Role‑based access aligned with least‑privilege principles Full transparency and auditability through native Azure activity logs Access revocable by the customer at any time Scope of services Depending on the selected plan, INFORKOM may provide: Security monitoring and incident investigation (Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Sentinel) Operational management of Azure infrastructure and platform services Backup, monitoring, and availability management Support for troubleshooting and remediation Security and access model Access to customer resources is performed exclusively through Azure Lighthouse delegated resource management. INFORKOM uses predefined role‑based groups (SOC / Operations / Administration) to ensure controlled and auditable access aligned with customer agreements. This offer does not transfer ownership of the customer subscription. The customer remains the subscription owner at all times.
