PAD Property Asset Manager

PAD provides a central, and easily accessible area, for recording property related information with data provided from CIPFA Asset Manager and local data sources. Combining financial, building management, and usage data elements into user-friendly views and reports enables the Council executive to make strategic decisions about individual properties and the overall Council property portfolio to maximise the public value obtained from the property estate.
