AI extracts every key term — governing law, payment terms, liability caps, auto-renewal clauses, and more — classifies risk against your policy, marks up non-standard clauses with tracked changes, and routes requests to the right reviewers. Legal, finance, and sales management approve or reject inline in Teams; every decision is logged to the contract register.

ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS
Install to get started with a free trial. First-time connection requires admin consent from a Microsoft 365 administrator. Some integrations (SharePoint, Google Drive, DocuSign) require additional admin configuration.
AI FEATURES & CONTENT MODERATION
Contract redline review and redline creation are generated by AI. AeroSpark uses AI to extract contract terms, generate risk assessments, and produce redline suggestions. AI-generated content should always be reviewed by a qualified person before any legal or business decision is made. AeroSpark moderates AI outputs and prompts users to review all generated content.
