SiSo Diligence for Word connects your live diligence projects to the document you're already working in.
From inside Microsoft Word, you can access your project data — including risks, recommendations, condition precedents, workflows, definitions, and document lists — directly through a task pane, without switching tools, rebuilding tables, or manual copy-paste. What you can do:
- Insert key project data into Word from the add-in task pane
- Pull through structured diligence content such as risks, recommendations, action items, conditions precedent, definitions, and document lists
-Switch quickly between workstreams while drafting
-Refresh sections as the underlying project evolves, helping the Word report stay aligned with the latest agreed position
