• Cloud Cost Optimization leveraging Azure cost management, Azure Advisor, Hybrid Benefits, PowerBI

Cloud Migration
Provide cost and technical debt reduction from VM refactor to containers. Leverage geo-distributed hosting for high availability and disaster recovery.

• Cloud architecture definition leveraging the well-architected framework
• Application Discovery & Disposition (Rehost, Refactor, Rearchitect, etc.) including Azure Migrate Assessments
• Cloud migration strategy and execution using Azure Migrate
• Cloud modernization strategy and execution with Azure Migrate: App Containerization, AKS
• IaaS and PaaS solution development using Azure ARM templates, Powershell, Bicep and Azure Blueprints

Cloud Operating Model
Defines the appropriate IT operating model for Cloud. Execute Cloud transformation.

• Operating model Transformation tuned to support:
  • Agile & DevSecOps
  • Cloud
• Define metrics and KPIs
• Create Cloud CoE
• Build Cloud governance model utilizing Azure landing zones
