Service Description

Our ready-made ‘Azure Assured’ service package provides a comprehensive Managed Service that out-tasks the support, management and advancement of your Azure environment. Our Azure Assured Service Package provides unlimited support for all agreed Azure native and 3rd party resources within named subscriptions as well as:

• Provisioning of resources through Infrastructure as Code – For the optimal deployment and subsequent management of resources, enabling consistency and operational efficiencies through the use of DevOps and Infrastructure as code.
• Monthly Service Reporting – Reporting and subsequent reviews focus on potential Cost Savings, Security, Operational Excellence, Performance Efficiency and Reliability recommendations aligned with the Well Architected Framework, as well a review of open and resolved cases.
• Backup Management and Workload restoration
• Monthly Patching and Updating of IaaS Workloads based on an agreed customer cadence.
• Quarterly Azure Subscription and Workload optimisation - Our consultancy led rightsizing and optimisation covering the five Microsoft Well-Architected Framework disciplines of cost, security, reliability and operational and performance efficiencies.
• Quarterly Cloud Success Realisation - a consultancy led engagement focussed on advancing and maturing a customer’s Cloud usage, adoption and maturity.
• Quarterly Vulnerability Assessments - Vulnerability Assessment for managed Azure resources to evidence, inform and advance a customer’s cloud security posture.
• Business as Usual (BAU) Change activities – Includes an allowance of Change Hours for undertaking BAU change activities, including provision of resources through our ARDEN infrastructure as code management platform.

Access to customers’ environment is provided through Azure Lighthouse.
