Dokku

Dokku is a lightweight, open-source, Docker-based Platform as a Service (PaaS) that allows developers to deploy, manage, and scale applications on their own servers using simple Git-based workflows. It automates application deployment, container management, and routing, making it an excellent self-hosted alternative to platforms like Heroku.
