Condition Monitoring provides real-time analysis of machines and aid by predicting faults and issues

To avoid unplanned plant shutdowns, it is important to know at an early stage when vital components need to be replaced or maintained. Condition monitoring enables operators to work proactively and keep shutdown time to a minimum.

The app plots basic analysis graphs such as FFT acceleration, FFT velocity, RMS trend and temperature trend to provide a meaningful overview for fast decision-making and proper maintenance. The app also sets the sensor measurement characteristics. All data can be exported easily and safely.
