This Word add-in brings an end-to-end, AI-assisted contract workflow directly into Word. It analyzes the current document, extracts parties and key terms, generates streaming summaries, performs clause-specific and contract-level risk analysis, and helps you draft or refine clauses using playbooks and a clause library. A unified chat experience supports three modes: Document (ask questions about the open contract from your party’s perspective), Repository (search and cite precedents across your contracts), and General (legal/business Q&A with jurisdiction and industry context).
