IdS SignatureManager is an add-in that provides centrally managed email signatures directly in Outlook. Users automatically receive the correct signature without the need for manual copy or local configuration.
Unified signatures
Signatures are retrieved from the organization's IdS SignatureManager configuration and ensure a unified profile across email types and clients.
Automatic insertion
The add-in inserts the default signature for new emails, replies, and forwards. It can also apply signatures to appointments when enabled per user (appointments are not supported on mobile).

Control over signature usage
Local signatures are disabled so that only signatures defined in IdS SignatureManager are used.
