Enhance your calling experience by initiating calls through your UCX phone system using Microsoft Teams. With the InfinityOne, you can dial or click-to-call your contacts from within Teams and the call is placed over your office UCX telephone system. A call on your existing desktop telephone or softphone will begin automatically, enabling you to continue to use the full power of the UCX telephony features.

Prerequisites:

• The user must have a valid extension on an E-MetroTel UCX system
• The user’s UCX system administrator must create an API Manager account with a name and password on their UCX
• The user’s extension must be subscribed for use with the InfinityOne working with Microsoft Teams on E-MetroTel’s web portal
