You will receive your alerts, messages and notifications from novaalert directly in your Teams client.
Use the novaalert functions:
• Acknowledgement of incoming messages (positive / negative)
• Display of any alert attachments
• Integrated preview for localizations, action plans etc.
You can also trigger your assigned alarms directly in teams, including individual alarm texts and the extended PIN protection.
Through the Teams integration you are always informed about all critical incidents. You can receive the messages simultaneously in Teams, in the novaalert mobileAPP or also as a voice call, via SMS or e-mail etc.
