Finding the right venues and suppliers for your events can be very time consuming. Our search Add In lets you easily search for event venues and suppliers worldwide, directly from your Outlook. You can then collect the responses within your Outlook folders to help you work faster. When you want to connect to the venue, you can email the events specific sales team using your own corporate email account. The venue will then reply to you directly, speeding up the process and saving you time. Sign up to Eventopedia using your Microsoft account to receive event planning tips and read venue reviews from other event planners.
Using keywords and capacity information, the free text search will present the most relevant venues. e.g. ballroom New York 500 banquet style or Florist in London
