V-CUBE Meeting Outlook Add-in

Through introduction of a "V-CUBE Meeting Outlook add-in", you can now easily organize web conferences, and register them in your calendar, via Outlook.

You can use the "V-CUBE Meeting Outlook add-in" on Outlook by linking an account compatible with V-CUBE Meeting 5 to Azure AD.

At the same time as scheduling the conference on Outlook, the host can invite participants with the simple issuance of an invitation URL where they can register for and access the conference on V-CUBE Meeting 5. Participants can join the conference simply via the Outlook calendar or the registration email.

This alleviates the need to access V-CUBE Meeting 5 separately from Outlook in order to organize conferences. This increased ease of operation results in added user convenience.
