RapidClaw — OpenClaw AI Agents for RapidStart Apps
A deployment and management platform for safely installing systems of focused business agents on the OpenClaw runtime in the Microsoft Cloud.
RapidClaw deploys a governed team of up to seventeen included AI agents into your Azure subscription. It detects your installed RapidStart apps and makes the corresponding agent packs available. You can also create new, purpose-built agents using natural language—simply describe their role, responsibilities, and operating instructions.
Users interact with one coordinated agent team through Microsoft Teams. RapidClaw delegates work to the appropriate specialists, applies policy controls, and returns a unified response. Administrators use RapidClaw Command Center to create and manage agents, review activity, control permissions, approve actions, and operate the environment.
RapidClaw and Arcy
RapidClaw is the user-facing orchestrator in Microsoft Teams. It understands requests, selects and coordinates the appropriate business agents, and returns a unified response without requiring users to choose between individual specialists.
Arcy is the administrator-facing assistant in RapidClaw Command Center. Administrators can use natural language to create new agents, define their purpose and instructions, manage skills and policies, review schedules, diagnose problems, and plan safe Power Platform changes.
Arcy is a management assistant and is not included in the seventeen-agent runtime total.
Included Agent Packs
- RapidClaw Core — 8 agents: Orchestration, account and contact health, relationship intelligence, and safety-focused reader agents.
- Sales and Service — 3 agents: Prospect qualification, opportunity follow-up, and customer-service support.
- Project — 3 agents: Project health, task risk, and budget and time oversight.
- Field Service — 3 agents: Work-order triage, scheduling readiness, and technician coordination.
Up to seventeen agents are included when all supported RapidStart apps are installed. Additional custom agents can be created through Arcy using natural language.
