Consola

Consola is a secure analytics portal and control layer that runs on top of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. It provides a centralized interface for sharing Power BI reports—internally and externally—while maintaining full control over user access, data refreshes, alerts, and Fabric capacity usage. Consola connects directly to the customer’s existing Fabric environment and does not replicate or extract data.

Consola is designed for organizations that operate Power BI at scale, including IT teams, data platform owners, managed service providers, and organizations that need to securely share analytics with external users such as clients, partners, or subsidiaries. It is particularly valuable for teams responsible for governance, availability, and operational reliability of analytics platforms.

Native Power BI sharing and workspace management often become complex when reports must be shared externally, users need to be managed centrally, refreshes must be monitored, and Fabric capacity needs to be controlled proactively. This leads to fragmented access management, unclear ownership, missed refresh failures, and uncontrolled capacity usage.
