Blob Storage Digests Backed by Confidential Ledger

This application will deploy all necessary resources to securely track and create digests for multiple blob storage accounts. A hash digest will be generated for blobs that get created within these accounts and these digests will be stored in a tamper-proof ledger, Azure Confidential Ledger. An audit can be run at any time that will re-calculate the digests for every storage account and container and compare it with the stored ledger digest to ensure the integrity of the blobs and detect any tampering.
