- Tiered: Graduated rates across deal amount brackets (e.g. 3% up to $10K, 5% up to $50K, 8% above) to reward bigger deals.

Split Commissions Across Your Team Automatically. Assign team members as Primary, Secondary, or Referral with a split percentage set once. The app distributes every commission correctly. The Primary member always receives the remaining balance so splits total exactly 100% every time.
Run Promotions With No Extra Work. Set a higher rate for a specific date window such as a quarter end push. The app applies the promotional rate for deals inside the window and reverts to the standard rate outside it with no manual steps.
Instant Notifications for Every Team Member. Each person on the split receives a personalized email showing their amount, percentage, role, and source deal name the moment a commission is earned.

Requirements

- Authenticated Gmail connector for email notifications
- System Administrator or System Customizer role for deployment
Disclosures
- Gmail connector required. A valid authenticated Gmail connection must be configured after installation for notifications to send.
- Data stays in your tenant. Devsinc does not collect, access, or transmit your organizational data to any external system.
- Commercial paid application. A valid license is required for each production environment.
- Flows are imported disabled. Both cloud flows must be turned on manually and connections bound before the app can calculate commissions.
