Tachometer by E&A

The E&A Tachometer is a gauge that allows displaying a value within a given range to clearly communicate how it is measuring up to a target value. The value, target, start and end angles along with the size and color of each of the 7 possible ranges are some of customizable features. Some example uses include displaying sales performance against goals, transactions per minute, and perfect order rate. This is a modification of the Tachometer created by Indika Chamara (IC) Ranasinghe to allow for 7 ranges.
