- Optimus will take 2 data sources of customer and will provide 2 self-serve Dashboards / Interactive reports to the customer.
- Analysis of customer’s information needs and Visualization of Dashboard by UI / UX Team.
- Integration of Data Sources with Power BI using Connectors / Azure SQL / Data lake (depending on the use case).
- Setting up environment with proper user access.
- Staged Delivery of Self-Serve Dashboards / Interactive Reports.
- Final delivery after customer’s review and feedback.
- Knowledge Transfer and Final sign - off.
