How It Works

1. Install StandupBot in your team: Add StandupBot from the Teams App Store to one or more of your teams.
2. Create a standup meeting: Sign in to the StandupBot web dashboard, pick a channel, choose your questions, and set a schedule.
3. Your team gets prompted in Teams: At the scheduled time, StandupBot sends each participant a direct message in Teams with your standup questions. Members answer on their own schedule.
4. Answers are collected and shared: Responses are compiled and posted to your team channel as a summary.
