The add-in integrates seamlessly with Outlook and automatically analyzes incoming load offer emails. Using advanced text analysis, it detects postal codes, city names, and route points within the email and instantly builds the full transport route. Based on the detected locations, TransKL Load Helper calculates route distances, applies country-based pricing, includes toll and tunnel charges, and identifies the closest available trucks for the load.

Automated route and cost analysis

TransKL Load Helper scans the entire email message and detects all relevant route locations mentioned in the text. It automatically calculates distances between pickup and delivery points and determines which trucks in your fleet are closest to the first pickup location.

The system calculates:

• Total route distance

• Distance per country

• Distance from truck to pickup location

• Total estimated transport cost

If the calculated route passes through toll tunnels, the system automatically detects them and highlights potential additional charges so dispatchers can include these costs when evaluating the load.

If the email includes a price offer from the customer, the system instantly compares the offered price with calculated costs and displays whether the load generates profit or loss.

Interactive route map

The built-in map interface allows dispatchers to visualize the entire route before accepting the load. Users can compare alternative routes or manually adjust the route by dragging control points directly on the map. All route adjustments automatically recalculate distances, tolls, tunnel sections, and total costs.
