DealOn AI Sales Assistant

DealOn AI Sales Assistant is an AI-powered reply assistant add-in for Outlook, available to users with a DealOn account, designed to streamline sales email workflows. When you open a customer email in Outlook, the AI sales assistant “Sela” reads the email body and the conversation (thread) history to generate a context-appropriate reply suggestion. The generated text is inserted into an Outlook draft (reply compose window), where you can review and edit it before sending.

When a user opens a target email in Outlook (an email that includes the tenant-specific receiving address in CC and has been imported into our internal system), the add-in reads the message ID, body text, and thread history via the Outlook add-in APIs and sends them to our backend API. The backend matches the message ID against our internal database to identify the corresponding email, and an AI model then generates a reply draft. The generated content is inserted into an Outlook reply or compose draft, where the user can review and edit it before sending. If the email is not registered in our system, the add-in clearly informs the user (for example, via a banner or notification) that a reply suggestion cannot be generated.

In the settings view of the add-in, users can toggle an “AI auto reply” setting on or off. When this setting is turned on and a target email is received, the server-side AI automatically generates a reply email and sends it without manual intervention.

Authentication is performed via OAuth2 using Auth0. All external communication is conducted over HTTPS only. Locally stored information is limited to configuration flags in user-specific settings; we do not send data to other external services or retain it for long-term storage beyond what is necessary for providing this service. The user interface is primarily available in Japanese.

Pricing, subscriptions, and licenses

This Outlook add-in is free to acquire from the Microsoft marketplace and can be used with a free DealOn account. No Microsoft purchase is required to install the add-in or to use the core AI reply features.

DealOn also provides paid subscription plans for the associated web service. These plans unlock additional capabilities (for example, advanced configuration and administration features) that are managed outside of Microsoft 365. ) and purchase a subscription there. All billing for these subscriptions is handled directly by DealOn (LegalOn Technologies), not by Microsoft or the Microsoft marketplace.
