How It Works:

1. Install Be-Inc from AppSource
2. Open a new email compose window in Outlook — Be-Inc opens automatically
3. Review DEI suggestions instantly in the task pane
4. Choose to insert the suggested improvements with one click or use auto-correction
5. Send your email with confidence knowing it's inclusive

Automatic Task Pane Activation:

When you open a new email compose window, Be-Inc automatically opens alongside your email. The task pane displays DE&I-compliant language suggestions that

you can optionally choose to insert into your message. The add-in activates only at the moment you begin composing a new email and does not run in the

background at any other time. It does not intercept, block, or delay email sending in any way.

• Microsoft 365 subscription (Business or Enterprise)
• Internet connection for real-time analysis

Privacy & Security:

Your data is secure. Email body text is sent to OpenAI's API solely for DEI compliance analysis while you compose. Results are returned directly to your

device. We do not store, retain, or share your email content. No text is inserted into your email without your explicit approval. See our
