Accessible with a single click from the Microsoft Teams interface, users have access to a complete suite of Cisco Calling features including directory search, PSTN dialing, speed dial, access to voicemail and call history - all backed by Cisco's renowned reliability and 99.999% SLA.

Cisco Call for Government is seamless and eliminates the need to switch between apps to make and receive voice or video calls. This integrated app works with FedRAMP authorised Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM) call-control solution and FedRAMP authorised Cisco Cloud Calling solution.
