- Ask for Knowledge and Collaboration: Users can post questions, initiate discussions, and share information, utilizing a tag-based notification system to automatically alert colleagues with matching expertise or interests. This helps users quickly find answers, spark discussions, and build connections across different teams and departments. Administrators also have the capability to edit Ask replies and manage content effectively.

- Share Insights and Information: The Share feature enables users to distribute informative and motivational content among colleagues. Posts are matched based on tags and are visible in a personalized timeline. Users can also engage by replying and reacting to Share posts.

- Recognize Contributions with Thanks: This feature promotes a culture of appreciation and psychological safety by enabling users to send personalized thank-you messages and tags to colleagues. AI assistance can generate message and tag suggestions, streamlining the process of expressing gratitude.

- Comprehensive User Profiles: Each user has a detailed profile page that displays all relevant information, including their roles, responsibilities, project history, contact and company information, and various tags. These tags include user-added 'Blue Tags', peer-sent 'Yellow Tags', and Thanks Tags. Users can easily update their own profile information.
