Mirage for Microsoft Teams helps employees report suspected social engineering threats and helps security teams triage them without leaving Teams.\n\nMAIN FEATURES IN TEAMS\n• 1:1 bot reporting: Employees message the Mirage bot to report suspicious emails, texts, phone calls, links, and screenshots. The bot guides users to capture sender, channel, phone number or URL, context, and attachments.\n• Guided triage in chat: The bot confirms receipt, summarizes key indicators, and shares next-step guidance back to the reporter inside Teams.\n\nTEAMS CAPABILITIES USED\n• Personal bot for reporting and guidance within Teams.\n\nTARGET AUDIENCE\n• All employees who need a simple, fast way to report suspicious activity.\n• Security and IT teams who monitor and resolve reports.\n\nLIMITATIONS AND SCOPE\n• Mirage for Teams does not scan, filter, or block content in email, SMS, or Teams. It is a reporting and guidance workflow.\n• The app does not quarantine messages, remove content, or take endpoint actions.\n• Attachments and links shared with the bot are subject to your organization's Teams policies and file size limits.\n\nOUTSIDE TEAMS\n• Administrators may optionally use the Mirage web console to manage investigations, run simulations, and view analytics.
