The Cytracom integration with Office 365/Outlook allows you to tie your email together with your Cytracom voice solution. This integration is dependent on the user subscribing to Cytracom VoIP for voice communications.

New for 2019! Cytracom users can now interface with Office 365/Outlook. Requiring zero configuration, this integration simplifies voice communications when performing day-to-day tasks at your desk. Take advantage of features like:

• Contacts - easily see contacts across all offices and create calls from your contacts list.

• Recent Calls - review all recent calls and click to dial to return a call.

• Presence - monitor the availability status of other phone users in the business.

• Click to Dial - initiate calls from the contact list or phone numbers in emails.

• Visual Voicemail - read and manage voicemail messages.

• Fax Management - send faxes directly from the desktop (requires the Cytracom cFax options).
