Ubuntu 2204 for NextFOAM HPC

The Ubuntu 2204 for NextFOAM HPC is the Ubuntu linux distribution configured for HPC (High Performance Computing) and GPU virtual machines (VMs) on Microsoft Azure. The distribution is based on the [Microsoft official Ubuntu-based HPC and AI image](https://azuremarketplace.microsoft.com/en-us/marketplace/apps/microsoft-dsvm.ubuntu-hpc?tab=Overview) with Infiniband and NVIDIA GPU drivers. In addition to the Microsoft HPC VM image, HPC cluster with OpenMPI, NFS and blobfuse are automatically configured at cluster launch time. Using RDP protocol, the headnode of cluster can be connected with GUI. - For automatic HPC configuration, NextFOAM HPC tools with HPC launcher and administration tool are provided - Headnode is configured as NFS server for the shared storage service - Azure blob is automatically mounted to the HPC cluster nodes for storing permanant data
