Contact Intelligence empowers employees to take control of their professional relationships and elevate conversations with their most important contacts. It supports employees choosing company directory contacts to automatically sync and keep updated, while allowing them to enrich those contacts or any existing Outlook contacts with tags, reminders, and unlimited notes.

With a built-in “AI Insights” button, employees can access real-time, AI-powered insights (built on Microsoft’s Azure AI Foundry) on each contact to prepare for more meaningful interactions. Contact Intelligence also includes a company-managed capability that enables employees to manage and update their own profiles directly within Entra ID / Azure Active Directory.

Contact Intelligence eliminates contact confusion, improves trust in data, and empowers users to manage relationships with confidence. Contact Intelligence works on the web, iOS and Android and can be managed by Microsoft Intune and other Mobile Device Management solutions.
