OnData SecureFile

The OnData SecureFile product is a SaaS-based data-centric data security solution that uniquely secures data at the data layer and persistently protects sensitive data at all times, even when network infrastructure, system security, or account credentials are compromised, or when the sensitive data is inadvertently sent to unauthorized people. Despite significant investment in securing network perimeters, infrastructure and applications, the sensitive data (such as PII, PCI, and PHI) of many organizations remains at risk when those security controls are compromised. The OnData platform implements a true zero-trust data security model for protecting sensitive data in an increasingly complex cybersecurity threat landscape. It automates the discovery, classification, and protection of sensitive data and files. With OnData, any sensitive data or files exfiltrated by threat actors (e.g., via ransomware attacks), or inadvertently sent to unauthorized people, would be encrypted gibberish bits and bytes. Only authorized users on authorized devices can access the sensitive data and files protected by OnData.
