Fellow for Outlook
作成者: Fellow Insights Inc.
Shape meeting habits with built-in Meeting Guidelines.
Get your team working together to transform meetings across your organization with meeting best practices integrated into every calendar event.
Boost meeting engagement
Make the most of everyone’s time spent in meetings by ensuring everyone is prepared to contribute. Meeting organizers are prompted to book meetings with a defined purpose and sufficient notice to set the stage for a productive and energizing meeting for all.
Make room for deep work and execution
Relieve meeting overload by baking in no meeting days and breaks between meetings so your team can show up on-time and ready to contribute! Then set a maximum number of meeting hours/week, creating more time for focus and execution.
Fellow for Outlook requires a purchase of Fellow's Enterprise plan, and configuration of Meeting Guidelines in the workspace settings.
The following meeting guidelines are supported, and will display a message when creating an event or an alert on save to help meeting organizers stay compliant with their organization’s guidelines:
- Meeting purpose: events must contain a description.
 - Meeting attendees: fewer than 8 required attendees should be invited.
 - No-meeting day: events should not be scheduled on a no-meeting day.
 - Speedy meetings: events will be updated to start late or end early depending on guideline set in Fellow.
 - Attendee weekly meeting hours: events should not be scheduled with people who have over 20 hours of meetings that week.
 - Short notice booking: events should not be scheduled short notice, as defined by the guideline set in Fellow.

Events with no attendees other than the organizer, and Out of Office events, are excluded from these meeting guidelines.
