With Cisco Call for Microsoft Teams, users now have access to the enterprise-grade Cisco Calling experience directly in the Teams desktop app. Accessible with a single click from the Microsoft Teams interface, users have access to a complete suite of Cisco Calling features including directory search, PSTN dialing, speed dial, access to voicemail and call history, and our award-winning artificial intelligence-powered background noise removal.
Cisco Call for Microsoft Teams is seamless and eliminates the need to switch between apps to make and receive voice or video calls. This integrated app works with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM) call-control solution and any Cisco Cloud Calling solution, including Webex Calling multi-tenant and Dedicated Instance.
