Streamline your HR scenarios with the Employee Self-Service HR Agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot

The Employee Self-Service HR Agent provides a single, unified experience for employees to get answers and complete tasks across HR scenarios—directly within Microsoft 365 Copilot. Built in Copilot Studio, the Agent is designed to work with existing systems and agents, offering connectors to platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, and SAP SuccessFactors and inline handoffs to other agents.
To simplify deployment and customization, the Agent includes accelerators - collections of prebuilt templates, workflows, prompts, and connectors aligned by use case and system. These allow admins to quickly configure self-service experiences tailored to their organization’s data models and business processes. Whether it’s leave management, or profile updates, employees will get scalable, secure, and personalized support.
Employees can use recommended prompts or create their own to retrieve personalized data, check ticket status, and take action—all within the chat experience. Admins benefit from reduced support tickets, faster resolution times, and simplified setup using Copilot Studio’s extensibility framework.

The Employee Self-Service HR Agent is included with Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses and available for consumption from M365 Chat.
