How it works
Focus Tiger integrates into Microsoft Teams as a personal productivity coach. Users interact with the Focus Tiger bot through short daily prompts, weekly priorities, and guided reflections designed to fit naturally into the workday.
AI functionality
Focus Tiger uses AI to generate personalized coaching messages and responses. AI-generated content is focused exclusively on work-related focus, productivity, and wellbeing topics. If a conversation goes outside these topics, the coach will guide you back to supported areas.
AI-generated suggestions are for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate. Please use your own judgment before acting on any AI-generated content.
AI content is moderated using Azure OpenAI's built-in content filtering. To report objectionable or inaccurate AI-generated content, contact us at hello@focustiger.io. We are committed to reviewing and acting on all reports promptly.
Privacy and data handling
- Focus Tiger only processes data needed to provide the service (for example, work email, goals, and app interaction data).
- We do not access or process your Teams direct messages or channel conversations, except for messages exchanged directly between you and the Focus Tiger bot.
- Organization-level analytics are aggregated and are not designed to identify individual end users.
