What it does
When you open an email, the add-in automatically matches the sender to your Pipedrive contacts and shows their full profile, open deals, upcoming activities, and notes — all in a sidebar without leaving Outlook.

- Contacts: Instantly see who's emailing you — their role, company, phone, and history. Edit details or create new contacts from unknown senders in one click.
- Deals: View all open deals linked to the contact, including stage, value, and expected close date. Update deal status right from your inbox.
