*The add-in uses LaunchEvents and Smart Alerts to sync your meeting room bookings with deskbird. When you book a room through the add-in that is not natively available in Outlook, the sync ensures it is reserved in your deskbird workspace when you send the invite. If processing takes longer, you will see a smart alert to decide to wait or move on.
