Send to Circularo – Upload email attachments directly from your Outlook inbox to Circularo. Choose between the original file format or automatic PDF conversion for later signing or processing.

Start Signing in Circularo – Initiate a secure, legally binding signing workflow directly from Outlook. The file is converted to PDF and sent to Circularo, where you can assign recipients, place signature fields, define deadlines, and apply security rules.

Installation & Access

This add-in is intended for enterprise use. If your Microsoft 365 administrator has already deployed the add-in, it's ready to use. Otherwise, users can install it manually or contact their IT team for access.

Getting Started

To activate the Circularo Outlook Add-in, a valid Circularo subscription or license is required.

If you do not have access, please contact your organization's administrator or reach out to the Circularo Sales Team at sales@circularo.com.

New users can sign up for a 30-day free trial (no credit card required) at www.circularo.com/trial.

Upon first use, you will be prompted to log in with your Circularo account credentials.
