Epic Bridge connects to Applied Epic® to simplify creating and documenting email communications.
Applied Epic® is the most technologically advanced cloud-based software application built for independent insurance agencies to automate business operations and drive connectivity to insurers and insureds in the changing insurance marketplace.
To use this extension, you must be licensed for Applied Epic and supply your existing login credentials. Once signed in, Epic Bridge will connect you to your Applied Epic data to provide important information about your customers and connect to sent and received emails in Outlook to facilitate the process of documenting those communications back into the management system.
When using the option to attach email(s) to Epic, Epic Bridge will access the entire email contents and use it to attach that email as a .eml file to appropriate account in Epic, either after sending a new email or when selecting emails from your inbox.
