How does the ticketing feature work?
- A Conclude app (e.g. Support) is installed in the selected channel where tickets are opened
- Members are invited to collaborate inside the channel to resolve the issue or incident
- All tickets are archived and recorded in Microsoft Teams and the Conclude Dashboard
