As you compose your masterpiece, Synenosis 365 discreetly scans all recipients' email addresses, extracting their unique domains. And here's the magic – just before you hit send, it swoops in with a friendly reminder, showcasing the diverse domains in a flashy display.
It also allows you to delay emails but a number of minutes specified within the settings page.
Note* Synenosis 365 uses Launch Events functionality to know when you're about to send a mail, and the Smart Alert functionality to display a pop-up with the email domains within the current email being composed. None of this information is saved or used for any other actions.
