DocuWare for Microsoft Teams

Documents are often scattered in Microsoft Teams and not always easy to find later. Save yourself search time and store these documents centrally in DocuWare. Once stored in a structured way, the documents are available to authorized colleagues at any time and can be integrated into company-wide workflows.\n\nYou simply select a document tray or file cabinet directly in the channel or chat. You can also index the documents without ever leaving Microsoft Teams. Conversely, you can easily share a previously archived document in a channel. Members can then open it in the DocuWare Viewer and even edit it in Office for the Web at the same time.\n\nNew since August 2023: DocuWare lists can be included as a tab in a Teams chat or channel. All those who primarily work in Teams will have a better overview of their current ToDo's and can complete them directly from Teams.\n\nIn order to use this app, you need to have an active DocuWare account.
