Gantt Chart Pro for Microsoft Teams illustrates a project schedule on a bar chart.

It sounds complicated but it's not. It is so simple to use that anyone could manage a simple project with Gantt Chart Pro. You don't need to be an expert Project Manager to use the app.

Here's what you can do:

  • Add new tasks

  • Specify the start and end of a task

  • Create dependencies between tasks

  • Allocate resources

  • Write notes

  • Set the progress of and ongoing task

  • Export the Gantt chart to CSV, or PDF

Add Gantt Chart Pro to a Microsoft Teams channels to share the project schedule with your team. You can choose who can edit the Gantt Chart Pro, only the owner or everybody in the team.
