Capture contact data from email signatures and save them in Outlook or your CRM system
With snapAddy DataQuality for Outlook, we automate and thus simplify the handling of contact data. The smart add-in detects contact data in the currently viewed email and offers three ways to make use of the data:
• Save as new contact in your Outlook address book
• Create a new lead directly in your CRM system
• Update existing contacts and accounts in your CRM system (using the snapAddy DataQuality interface)
The integrated duplicate check searches for potential duplicates in your CRM system. The add-in shows in real-time whether a duplicate company, contact, or lead already exists; gaps in existing contacts are identified and closed. This guarantees CRM data quality at the highest level at all times.
The following CRM systems are supported: Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP Sales Cloud, and Pipedrive. A snapAddy DataQuality license is required when using the Outlook add-in. If you are interested, please feel free to reach out to us at any time.
