Store your organizations email messages in your AFAS Profit environment quickly and efficiently.
Do you work for an organization that uses AFAS Software? You can now archive email messages from Outlook in your AFAS Profit environment faster and easier than before! Note: To use this add-in you will need an AFAS Software licence. Visit www.afas.nl for more information.
Get started right away!
1. Install the add-in
2. Enter the InSite URL of your organization
3. Log in with your details
4. Give the add-in permission to submit email messages on your behalf
5. Start archiving those emails!
All functionalities at a glance:
- Open an email to submit it to AFAS Profit;
- Choose which of the attachments you want to upload;
- Decide for yourself what the description is of the environment (s) to which you want to submit.
