Microsoft-Controlled, Customer-Owned
Customer identities, licenses, Teams policies, security settings and telephony administration remain fully controlled within Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Teams Admin Center. Users are created, managed and removed through the organization's existing Microsoft governance processes.
Ctelo Voice is activated through a secure connection approved by an authorized Microsoft 365 Tenant Administrator.
