BHP Panic is a comprehensive platform for managing occupational health and safety (OHS), built specifically for Polish regulations — including the Labour Code, and the requirements of the State Labour Inspection (PIP), Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), and Statistics Poland (GUS).
The system supports both companies managing their own OHS documentation and external safety professionals working with multiple clients.
SYSTEM MODULES
OHS Training
Planning and delivering initial, periodic, and online e-learning training.
Employees receive a link, watch video materials, complete an online test, and automatically obtain a generated certificate.
Full documentation complies with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour of July 27, 2004, and is verifiable during labour inspections.
Occupational Risk Assessment (ORZ)
Step-by-step risk assessment workflow: selecting a job position, adding hazards from a built-in database, calculating risk levels using a 3- or 5-step scale (PN‑N‑18002 standard), and generating ready-to-use ORA documents in PDF or Word format.
Employees confirm acknowledgment digitally.
Average completion time: 15 minutes per position.
Incident Register
Full handling of workplace accidents, including accident reports compliant with ZUS-IWA, post-incident recommendations, and mandatory KZiS occupation codes required by ZUS.
Prevents report rejections due to missing or incorrect classification codes.
Employee Management
Centralized employee database with medical check-up records, training schedules, alerts for expiring certifications, and automated referrals for medical examinations.
OHS Documentation
Management of safety instructions, safety data sheets (SDS/MSDS), registers of hazardous substances and mixtures, and facility-level documentation — all linked to employees and job positions.
Mobile Application
Available on iOS and Android, enabling on-site OHS inspections and full system access from anywhere.
