Global Search is a Power BI visual designed to make finding information in reports simpler and faster. Instead of navigating through multiple slicers or knowing exactly which column contains the data, users can simply type what they are looking for and see results in one place. Its main differentiator is unified search across multiple columns, allowing up to 25 fields to be searched simultaneously, with results clearly organized by field. Filters work intelligently and in cascade: when a value is selected, the available options in the other fields are automatically refined to show only valid combinations.
