The EVM S-Curve Visual brings professional project controls directly into Microsoft Power BI. Designed for project managers, project controllers, and PMO teams, it combines cumulative S-curves, periodic bar charts, performance indices, variance bands, and a live KPI panel in a single fully interactive visual. Key Features: Display cumulative Planned Value (PV), Earned Value (EV), and Actual Cost (AC) S-curves alongside periodic bar charts. Plot an EAC forecast line from the data date forward using four calculation methods (BAC/CPI, Budget, AC+ETC, or your own data field). Show a BAC reference line, data date marker with region shading, and cost/schedule variance bands between curves. Monitor project health instantly with the KPI Summary Panel showing CPI, SPI, CV, SV, VAC, TCPI, % Complete, EAC, and BAC — all color-coded to your green/amber/red thresholds with trend arrows. A triple Y-axis layout keeps periodic bars and cumulative lines independently scaled. CPI and SPI trend lines plot on a dedicated outer axis.
