Quickshare
di Auditi
Send large files directly from your emails with Quickshare, the add-in designed for Auditi.
Quickshare by Auditi lets you securely and instantly share large files with your clients — either via our web platform or directly from your Outlook compose window. Quickshare is the perfect complement to our PBC request lists, replacing bulky email attachments with shareable download links and keeping every file securely stored on the Auditi platform.
How it works
Compose a new email in Outlook, drop your files into the Quickshare task pane, and a secure download link is inserted into the message body. Recipients click the link to download — no mailbox size limits, no failed attachments.
Event-based activation
Quickshare uses Outlook's event-based activation to integrate with the compose experience:
OnNewMessageCompose — when you start composing a new message, the Quickshare task pane opens automatically so you can attach files as shareable download links.
OnMessageAttachmentsChanged — when the attachments on a compose message change, Quickshare updates its task pane state accordingly (for example, to reflect that a file has been added or removed).
Quickshare does not read, modify, or transmit any message content without an explicit action by the user. No data is collected in the background as a result of event-based activation.
Requirements
This add-in requires an Auditi user account with an active Quickshare license. The add-in proactively assists you when sending attachments larger than 10 MB.
